Title:
Cell migration in malignant gliomas: Role of compartmentalized ATP in submembraneous cytoskeletal reorganization
Supplemental movies for Figure 2B:
Movie 1: MEF-BCK cells, expressing BCK in the cytosol, migrating along fibronectin treated with bFGF for 24 h.
Movie 2: MEF-EVHD1-BCK, expressing BCK in the cytosol and at focal contacts, cells migrating along fibronectin treated with bFGF for 24 h.
Movie 3: MEF-MyrMyc-BCK cells, expressing BCK in the cytosol and at cellular membranes, migrating along fibronectin treated with bFGF for 24 h.
Movies 1-3 were made by time-lapse phase-contrast live-imaging microscopy collecting an image every 10 min for 24 h. Movies take 12 s with a display rate of 10 frames/s.
Supplemental movie for Figure 3:Movie 4: Phagocytosis of zymosam particles (Red) by macrophages expressing GFP-BCK (green). Confocal time-lapse imaging was done taking an image every 3s.
Supplemental movie for Figure 4:Movie 5: U373 glioblastoma cell expressing YFP-BCK. Confocal time-lapse imaging was done taking an image every 10s.
Supplemental movies for Figure 5A:Movie 6: U87 glioblastoma cells migrating along laminin in standard culture medium for 24 h.
Movie 7: U138 glioblastoma cells migrating along laminin in standard culture medium for 24 h.
